An excellent case. It looks good and fits the camera well and more importantly, it easy to take photographs without having to completely remove the camera from the case. A bit pricey but very pleasing.

I wanted a case to protect my G10, particularly the LCD screen, without being too bulky. This genuine Canon case is just the job, it fits the camera snugly as you would expect for a bespoke item and protects all parts of the camera from knocks and scratches whilst still being compact enough to slip in a coat pocket. It seems to be well made and of quality material and has a nice "retro" style reminiscent of earlier 35mm compact cameras. It is quick and easy to open and use, just two press studs release the cover whilst the screw fitting into the tripod bush allows it to hang clear of the lens without detaching from the camera. I am very happy with this purchase.

The leather case complements the "retro" look of the G10. It is ideally suited to my walk-a-round style of photography, being discreet and easily discounted as a serious camera. On a functional level it provides a layer of protection from both climatic and acquisitive elements. Although pricey, I regard it as an insurance.

I love it, it is so retro, much like the camera it goes around. It's well made and has a lovely soft inner for my new camera to feel comfortable with. The only trouble other than feeling totally wrong not wearing some tan nylon flares and garish shirt is that you can't insert the USB lead without taking the camera out of the case - a very minor irk, only because I use it at work and sometimes need to download 'as and when'. All totally forgiven when I unpop the nice big poppers to take a picture though.

This case is a must for the brilliant Canon G10. Don't leave home without one. Only one minor comment is that you can't use a remote switch whilst it is on!
