Canon TC-80N3 Timer Remote Controller Question Date Added: 11th July 2008
Question: I see that the 450D does not work with the TC-80N3, does another manufacturer offer a similar device? If not, what is the closest EOS for price to the 450D that will work with the TC-80N3?
Bristol Cameras Answer: Hi, the only option that I know of is the Zigview digital angle finder which has an intervalometer function built in. You would have to go up to the next Canon slr model (EOS 40D) to gain compatibility with the TC-80N3 timer remote. Hope this is of help to you. |

Question: Is the Canon TC-80N3 compatible with the Canon EOS 450D?
Bristol Cameras Answer: Hi, I am afraid not, the 450D has a E3 type remote release socket and the TC-80N3 requires a N3 type socket (as on the 40D). Hope this is of help to you. |
