Cullmann 3011 Spare Quick Release Plate

Specification

• Spare quick release plate suitable for all standard Cullmann quick release systems.
• Ideally designed for use with the larger 3000 series tripods and heads and the Video 2100 tripod.
• The 3011 has a standard 0.25 inch screw thread and a spring loaded retractable anti twist pin for use primarily with camcorders and telescopes.

Question: My Cullmann tripod is old- ref number 52315. Will this quick release plate fit it?
Bristol Cameras Answer: Hi, yes either the 3011 or 0081 quick release plates will be fine with that model.

Question: Please confirm that this is the correct item to attach my Canon EOS 10D to my Cullmann 1600 tripod. If it is I will order straight away.
Bristol Cameras Answer: Yes it will fit as all Cullmann plates (with the exception of the 'Alpha' tripod) are a DIN system and fit all. The plate supplied with the 1600 tripod is a 0081. Both the 0081 and 3011 have a standard 1/4 inch screw so the EOS 10D would attach no problem.

Question: Is the 3011 plate the most suitable for Alpha 2500 tripod.
Bristol Cameras Answer: Hi, the Alpha 2500 has its own Quick Release Plate, code 0825 and retails at £8.00. They are in stock at the suppliers so delivery would be approx 3-4 working days. They arent currently on our website so to order please ring our store on either 01179 140089 or 01179 290435.
