Bristol Cameras Answer: Hi, yes, once installed and connected to your laptop, the P7000 will act as an external drive so you can copy/move files from the laptop onto the P7000.

Question: Can the Epson P7000 deal wth RAW files from Canon EOS 1Ds camera?

Bristol Cameras Answer: Hi, according to the PDF here: http://www.bristolcameras.co.uk/images/p7000-supported-raw-formats.pdf The P6000/P7000 will not process RAW files from the EOS 1D series.
