Hahnel MK100 External Microphone:

The Hahnel MK100 is a uni-directional microphone suitable for use with video cameras, audio recorders and digital SLR cameras. It features a 14mm electret condenser capsule which produces high quality audio with a uni-directional pick up. Super Cardiod design which ensures maximum sound input from the front of the microphone with minimum interference from both sides and behind. Fitted with a rubber suspension system which absorbs unwanted mechanical vibrations from the camera. Powered by AAA batteries. Fitted with a hot shoe adapter with 3/8 inch thread.
