A little on the large side compared to the non-SLR model so not as portable, but still a wonderful invention.

It is great- works really well and so handy to go walking with it as it is so lightweight and folds up to store away in your bag. Saves carrying around a huge tripod! Definately recommend it!

Question: On the Joby home page the Gorillapod SLR is described as having a bubble spirit level clip on the camera mount. I cant see it on your image, does this model include it?

Question: Which Gorillapod do I need for a Panasonic Lumix FZ50 digital? I believe it weighs approx 734 grams.
Bristol Cameras Answer: Hi, the Gorillapod SLR would be fine for the Panasonic FZ50 camera. If you intend using any wide angle/telephoto conversion lenses and/or external flashgun then the SLR Zoom would be better suited.

Question: Can i use the Gorillapod with both my camera and camcorder?
Bristol Cameras Answer: Hi, yes as long as both have a standard tripod socket on the bottom and are under 0.8kg in weight, which is the SLRs load capacity, then you can use both cameras and camcorders.
