Manfrotto 709B Digi Table Tripod by David Allsopp

This tripod is tiny (18cm long when folded) but very solidly made. The 12cm legs fold out smoothly and positively. The collar of the ballhead rotates so you can angle the camera in any direction. The tripod will firmly support my medium-sized SLR with a chunky zoom lens (Canon 20D, 17-40L) in landscape orientation, but cannot hold it in vertical orientation - the centre of gravity is too off-centre and the tripod tips over - this is the only downside to this product.
