Simple and efficient. Very good value for money. Excellent for portraiture. I put it on my Nikon D80 and I take it of only if I really need to... I spent a day at the Continental Market in Belfast using only this lens.

Excellent product, compact light and very fast. The only problem I have encounterd is in very bright daylight, the lens tends to be too wide at maximum aperture and burns out the high-lights,it could be down to my inexperience with such a fast prime lens and I,m going to try it with a ND filter in these circumstances. Otherwise its a cracking little lens with pin sharp results and it goes with me everywhere;at the moment its my favourite lens and at the price its got to be a steal!

Great lens super sharp, fast AF, good colour rendition and really fast for action and low light hand held shooting. The best feature is it is a very light lens making it effortless to carry and it is small enough to fit easily in your pocket.
