CR-123A Battery:

Lithium CR-123a type battery as used in many 35mm cameras and the Canon HF-DC1 slave flash. 3v. Non rechargeable. Designed for power hungry products such as cameras and flashguns. Lithium technology for a longer life. 123 batteries are also know as DL123A, CR123A, EL123A and K123LA. The brand supplied can vary as it depends on what stock we have at the time of your order but it is a recognised brand such as Kodak or Energizer.

Extremely impressed with the results of this kit. Firstly I must comment I didn't realise it came in such a neat case, all the accessories can be packed neatly away in this well designed case with room for more kit to be added (like the SU-800). The two lights that come with kit work very well and are easy to setup. My only gripe is that Nikon do not supply batteries, but these can easily be found on the website.

Bristol Cameras Answer: Hi, yes the Nikon D300's built in flash unit can act as the Commander and wirelessly control the SB-R200 units that come with the SB-R1 kit.
