Nissin SC-01 Universal Off Camera Shoe Cord:

The Nissin SC-01 is a universal flash shoe cord developed for off camera flash photography. It has multiple contact pins for TTL flash use with Canon, Nikon, Fujifilm, Pentax and Samsung digital cameras. Cord length is a maximum of 150cm. Compact flash unit for the Nikon D range that you'll want to keep on your camera as an improvement to the fill-in 'pop-up' flash. Works very well for typical shots, but not a SB-600/800 in terms of power and control. A very nice flash to have even to accompany a more creative unit. It has produced some very satisfying results and my initial concern of power drainage from only 2 AA batteries was unfounded as the gun produced over 200 shots on one set. At around 5 secs between charges the delay is acceptable enough too. Don't worry about the lack of manual control, the camera and flash work perflectly together. Could do with a battery life indicator...my only criticism!
