I found that once the Action Level Digital Spirit Level was set up, which was a relatively simple operation following the instructions, it was easy to attach to the camera and use. It does ensure that your hrizons are always straight.

A simple little device that sits on top of your camera or camcorder. I bought it for use with a video recorder fitted to a tripod so that I can check it's level, especially in low light when you can't see the level bubbles on the tripod. It does exactly what it says on the tin!

First impressions - easy to set up and use. This may seem an expensive gadget until you think about how many shots you have had to tweak in Photoshop leading to loss of image area and waste of time. When horizon lines and verticals are important, hand held and monopod shots can be really tricky, even with a bubble level. The green light (that works in both left & right portrait settings as well) is really easy to check in the peripheral vision while you concentrate on the composition. Until the camera manufacturers incorporate this type of device into the viewfinder (don't hold your breath) this will be a "must have" in the gadget arsenal.

I took my new Seculine Digital level out on a club outing to photograph Autum tints in a country park near where I live. It was so easy to line my camera up without having to mess about using the spirt levels on my tripod. My fellow club members were very taken with this level, and I would not be suprised to see some being used on our next outing. Thanks for a great reasonably priced product.

Superb item, looks the part sitting on the camera hot shoe, and a lot smaller and neater looking than a conventional spirit level. Works in the horizontal and vertical positions both left and right. Easy to setup and adjust if necessary. Superb for night time photography as well as day light shots. Certainly takes the guess work out of how level is your shot. The Seculine Action Level Digital Spirit Level is a must have piece of kit nobody should be without.
