Sigma wide angle prime lens with a large f1.8 maximum aperture. 20cm close focus distance. Rear focus system with non rotating front element. 82mm filter thread. Comes complete with a dedicated lens hood, padded case and front and rear lens caps. Sigma lenses purchased from 1st September 2010 will now come with a 3 year warranty (if registered with Sigma UK within 30 days of purchase).

Question: Would the Sigma 20mm f1.8 work with a Nikon D40X ?
Bristol Cameras Answer: Hi, this lens (in Nikon fitting) would fit on the Nikon D40X but as the lens doesnt have a built in AF motor you would only have manual focus. Metering would work fine, it is just the AF that wouldnt work.

Question: Can you suply the front & rear lens caps. Also the hood & padded case. Could you give me a price for these items if you can. thanks.
Bristol Cameras Answer: Hi, prices are as follows, they are all in stock at Sigma UK so once an order is received delivery to you would be approx 3-4 working days. These items arent currently on our website so to order please phone either 01179 290435 or 01179 140089. Sigma padded case for 20mm £28, Sigma hood for 20mm £19, Sigma rear lens cap £6, Sigma 82mm lens cap £10 (all including VAT).
