The build is much better than expected (the VF-11 is made from metal and glass, where I expected plastic). The actual view is excellent too, large and bright, and the frame markings are accurate and easy to see. A nice way to use the VF-11 with your DP1 is to turn off the 'sleep mode', turn off the LCD display, and set the camera to MF mode and infinity (preferably at a small aperture and mid to high ISO), whereupon it becomes a very discreet and responsive camera for candid / unposed photos. Bristol Camera's price was the best I could find, and by a large margin. Recommended.
