So far,worth the purchase,but stay away from mixing different makes of dvcs for your camcorder. This comes from an experienced freelance cameraman.

Firstly, the service was excellent. Given the order was placed over the Christmas period when postal volumes are high, this product arrived in excellent time. Secondly, the item was very reasonably priced and it was effective. I would use this company and its products again.

The Sony DVM4CLD Mini DV head cleaning tape was super, I bought this item because we had grey horizontal lines on the picture play back on our video camera. I put the cleaning head through the video for 10 secs and the picture quality on the video was so much sharper and the grey lines had disappeared. We thought we would have to buy a new video camera.

Excellent cleaning tape that restored my camera to its original excellent picture quality. The instructions were clear and it was easy to use. The camera is now working like it was new again.

Question: Will this Head Cleaning Tape fit my DCR-HC14E/HC15E camera which details a head cleaning tape DVM-12CLD?
Bristol Cameras Answer: Hi, the DVM-12CLD is just a longer version of the DVM-4CLD so the DVM-4CLD will be perfectly fine for the HC14 and HC15 camcorders.
