Question: Hi, in the States Tamron US offers a 5 year guarantee - what kind of guarantee do you offer?
Bristol Cameras Answer: Hi, I am afraid Tamron UK only give the lenses a standard 1 year warranty over here, it is partly due to the US having tighter consumer rules on electronics. Hope this is of help to you. |

Question: Is this lens include the VR and is AF compatible with the Nikon D50?
Bristol Cameras Answer: Hi, yes the VC stands for Vibration Compensation which is Tamron's name for its VR system. The lens (in Nikon fitting) is fully compatible with the Nikon D50 including AF. Hope this is of help to you. |
