Colin Albrow of Ludlow: I found the service at Bristol Cameras very good. The products ordered on-line were received within 48 hours of order except for one item (a Slick Quick Release Plate) which was out of stock.I was told by the sales staff that they had been informed by Slick a delivery to the UK was scheduled for mid June but to keep in contact with Bristol Camera to check on availability of the item. Slick took over 6 months to make a delivery to any UK dealer and I received delivery two days after Bristol received delivery comlete with an apology for the delay.

David Metzger of Edinburgh: Bristol Cameras have always been great at their customer service - every issue that I have had in the past was dealt with perfectly. For example, I had ordered a Sigma lens that had an offset focussing centre (focus on one side of the image meant that the other was out of focus). A replacement was sent immediately no questions asked.
They also tend to have the best prices on the net for a lot of things.
