I enjoyed a very prompt and efficient service. The service was so prompt that when I tried to amend my online order by telephone early the next morning, I was informed that I was too late as the ordered product had been dispatched! The customer service I received was excellent! Unfortunately when I placed my order online the Sunday before Christmas I made a mistake with my card details. This was quickly and painlessly rectified by a very helpful member of staff the following morning and the camera (a surprise for my Husband) arrived the very next day in plenty of time for Santa to wrap! All for more than ?60 cheaper than I could source locally. Thank you Bristol Cameras!

This was my first order with Bristol Cameras. The three item order was split into two deliveries. The first item was received promptly within the stated delivery time. Unfortunately, the second two items were out of stock and placed on back order. These were received one week later. My only observation is that it would be helpful to know the stock position before confirming the order. However, I can also see the value in a counter view. Overall, I was satisfied with the service, and will have no hesitation in placing future orders with Bristol Cameras online

Fantastic service. Ispoke to sales rep on phone to ask about Nikon SB900 and if in stock, (It was the week before Christmas!). He said unfortunately no, but hoped for a delivery next day, but due to time of year couldn't guarantee it. I ordered on line the next day anyway because It was an excellent price and hoped Nikon would come through. The following day it arrived!! Your sales rep was courteous, had up to date knowledge, no flannel, did't try to "fob" me off. cannot fault Bristol Cameras. Kind regards John A Turner

I bought a new tripod only to be told when I received it that I had been bought a new one for Christmas. I explained this and was told I could return it but I probably wouldn't receive my refund until the New Year due to the heavy busy period. This was absolutely fine and I received my refund in the New Year as expected. I had great quick delivery and customer service was excellent.
