What a great service! It was the cheapest I could find on the web and the postage was lower than anywhere else too. That left me a little dubious, but I ordered it Thursday at 2/3pm and it arrived before 11am on Friday! The service is excellent!

I am very pleased with my purchase. Everything went smoothly and the item was received within a couple of days. My only issue is with the inability to specify a different delivery address to the main card address. I usually have all items delivered to my place of work as there is always someone there to take delivery. Apart from this, very pleased.

Unfortunately, if paying using credit card, we are advised by our bank not to send to an alternative address other than the registered card holders address, only as a fraud preventative measure. The camera and memory cards arrive fast and well packed. Both e-mail and telephone confirmation of the order were reassuring, although the person on the phone did tell the recipient of the birthday gift that it was due to arrive! He knew that already, but for others it might be a problem. I would happily order from Bristol Cameras again.

Thanks for the very fast delivery. The item arrived in less than 48 hours of placing the order. It is particularly useful to know the item is in stock, rather than taking payment before ordering from the supplier which is the case with many on-line retailers.
