Fantasea RedEye M67 67mm Red Filter Question

Date Added: 19th February 2016
Question: What is the optimal depth for this filter?
Bristol Cameras Answer: The filters are not depth rated in terms of their build, but you could say that they were in terms of optics. You would not use them below about 15-18 metres down - beyond that they are the wrong colour and taking too much light out of the picture. If you are diving deeper than 18 metres, they should be taken off and put in a pouch or pocket.
Fantasea RedEye M67 67mm Red Filter Question

Date Added: 14th February 2015
Question: Does this filter include a tether to hold it to the camera case when removed while shooting underwater with artificial light?
Bristol Cameras Answer: Hi, I dont believe it has a tether unfortunately on the screw fit filters. Something that may be of use is the Fantasea EyeGrabber F67 (link below) which is a storage device for 67mm threaded accessories. http://www.bristolcameras.co.uk/p-fantasea-eyegrabber-f67.htm

Bristol Cameras Answer: Hi, yes there is also a front thread on these filters, the same size as the main thread, so in this case 67mm.
