These Sigma teleconverters connect between the SLR body and lens and increase the focal length of your Sigma lens by either 1.4 or 2 times depending on the converter model being used. A stop or two of light is lost when using a tele converter. Only compatible with certain EX series lenses, please check compatibility on Sigma’s site here.
