There are two modes of IS operation - standard IS mode reduces handshake while the user is spotting their subject. Once the subject is acquired powered IS model provides a rock steady view. Powered IS corrects larger degrees of the users motion associated with both breathing and slow but exaggerated movements which can occur when observing wildlife over a long period of time in a fixed location. 32mm objective lenses. High definition viewing with accurate colours thanks to the Canon Porro II prism optical system with field flattener lens elements and Super Spectra coating. Contoured barrel design and durable rubberised coating so they are easy to hold even when wearing gloves. The IS system is powered by 2x AA batteries. Comes complete with eyepiece cap, neck strap, case and batteries.
