Hello. I was interested in purchasing a Canon BR-E1 from you. I see from your website that it is compatible with the Canon M50 camera. I have followed two YouTube videos of how to install the Bluetooth remote using my own camera. Obviously, I could not pair them. The last instruction on both videos is to set the drive mode on the camera to remote and 10 seconds self-timer. When I go into this feature on my camera it only shows self-timer 10 seconds and no remote. A different icon from that shown. I would be very grateful if you could advise me on this, please?
