Will this adapter fit a macro ring lite MR-14EX to a sigma 105mm F2.8 EX DG macro lens?
Hi, yes if you have the older Sigma 105mm with the 58mm filter thread then yes this 58C Macrolite adapter will give the required lip in order to attach the MR-14EX flash.
