Mail order service for developing colour 35mm film (develop only, no prints) plus your photos on a CD. Ideal for those films you find in cupboards and drawers. Images on CD are scanned at 1600 x 2400 resolution. You receive back the CD plus negatives (if sending multiple films the CD will have a number of films worth of images on it, rather than one CD per film).

Just purchase as many of this product as you have films to develop, print off the order confirmation email which will contain your order number, postal address and contact telephone number and post this along with your films to us at Mini Lab, Bristol Cameras, 47 High Street, Bristol, BS1 2AZ. Films will be processed, added to CD and posted back to you. Turn around time is approx 1 week.

  • What resolution are the scans for develop + CD only?

    Hi, the 35mm scans are at 1600x2400 resolution.

    Hi, when ordering this service online you pay postage which covers the cost of returning the processed films/prints back to you.

  • Do you offer colour film pushing? What about b&w pushing?

    Hi, just heard back from the lab. Colour C41 they cannot push, but they can with B&W, cost is £1 extra per stop.

  • Are developed negatives returned along with the CD?

    Hi, yes the negatives are included along with the CD.

  • Hi, is 1600x2400 the maximum resolution possible for 35mm scans or can you go bigger?

    Hi, that is the maximum resolution available from our lab I am afraid so there is no higher res option unfortunately.

  • Is there anyway the files could be saved to a memory stick rather than CD?

    Hi, yes if you include a memory card in with the film then the lab can put the files onto the card rather than a CD.

  • Hello, Do you develop APS films to cd and if so what is the cost, thanks.

    Hi, I am sorry, our lab can no longer process APS film unfortunately. Apologies we cannot help more on this occasion.

  • Hi, this service looks great value, I’m aware that I pay postage to yourselves, but do I also need to include a postage paid envelope for you to return the disk to me in, or is that covered in the original purchase price?

    Hi, when you order the service(s) online you will pay postage on the order, that covers returning the negs/cd to you after developing.

  • Hi, I have a roll of 35mm film that is half frame photos, are you able to scan them - either individually or as pairs?

    Hi, yes half frame is not a problem, they are scanned as pairs so two half frame negs per scan. Uses the same services and prices as normal 35mm.

  • Does the Dev and CD only - colour 35mm come with any form of contact sheet?

    Hi, yes a 6x4 inch contact sheet is included as standard.

  • Does this include single use disposable 35mm cameras?

    Hi, yes disposable 35mm cameras are treated as a normal 35mm film.

  • Can you send parcels to me outside of the UK?

    Unfortunately, we do not send goods outside of the UK.
