The ML150II is a macro ring flash unit and is compatible with cameras with hot shoe. The controller is attached on top of the camera. The ring flash, which is connected to the controller with a cable, is in turn attached to the camera's lens with the corresponding adapter ring.
The ML150II macro ring flash is perfect for close-up photography. The positioning of the ring flash directly on the lens enables soft and even illuminated shots from an extremely close distance.
The maximum guide number of the ring flash unit at ISO 100 is 10. On the controller the light intensity can be regulated in 11 steps. The flash unit operates in manual mode.
The macro ring flash unit is powered with 4 x AA batteries or rechargeable batteries, which can deliver up to 300 flashes at full power. The flash standby time is 2 seconds.
The macro ring flash comes with 8 x adapter rings in sizes 49, 52, 55, 58, 62, 67, 72 and 77mm.
