The Ultimate Underwater Imaging System
Quickly switch back and forth between 8K RAW video and 45 megapixel still images with the Canon R5 in the 200DL underwater housing. Dive way past recreational limits up to 200 feet (60 meters) with full creative control over the camera. A dual-action lens release control makes it easy to use either EF or RF series lenses. Our custom ABS-PC blend is lighter than aluminium yet strong enough for almost anything you want to throw at it.
Includes housing and left handle. A lens port is required for waterproof operation (sold separately). The lens port is dependent on which lens(es) you will be shooting. Refer to the DL Lens Port for Canon RF-Mount cameras.
Dry Lock DL Port System
“Dry Lock” refers to the placement of the o-ring on the outside of the port mount. This improves your view of the o-ring and reduces the chances of water dropping onto your camera’s sensor.
DL ports are the lightest on the market, yet robust and capable of standing up to rough surf. Attachment is quick and secure. A system of extensions can accommodate a huge variety of lenses with ease. A large, soft-touch knob on the side of the housing makes fine tuned zoom or focus adjustments a breeze. Zoom and focus gears differ depending on which lens you are using.
Tough Up Front
Our latest ABS-PC blend is lighter than aluminium yet extremely durable and fundamentally corrosion resistant. Every housing is made in the USA, individually inspected for fit, and water pressure tested to 200 feet (60 meters).
Clear In Back
The 100% clear back plate allows you to see the o-ring seal, the camera, and that the system is dry. With any underwater system, water intrusion is visible long before enough accumulates for a leak sensor could detect it.
Professional Lighting
Shoot almost any strobe with manual exposure using the included Ikelite bulkhead and manual hotshoe.
Add a DS Link TTL Converter and Ikelite DS strobe for the fastest, most reliable flash exposure available underwater. The DS Link supports both first curtain and rear curtain sync up to the camera’s maximum flash sync speed. Exposure compensation can be used added or subtracted in the camera. A push button and indicator light on the side of the converter make it simple to switch back and forth between TTL and manual exposure underwater.
Vacuum Valve
Check for leaks prior to entering the water using an option vacuum pump. The ultra low profile valve stays out of your way during the dive.
Optional Large-Bore Port
The 200DL housing series now supports the attachment of third-party HDMI monitors via HDMI 2.0 through a dedicated large bore M24 accessory port.
