• The cameras internal flash is not suitable to illuminate photos underwater however it can be used to trigger an external strobe setup via the twin fibre optic ports which are built into the front of the housing.
• Alternatively, a bright constant on video light can be used.
• A constant on light is not as bright as a strobe flash, but they do provide added versatility because they can be used for focus assist and for improved colours when shooting video.
• A drop in, front loading camera mounting system makes set up and break down a breeze.
• The nature of this cameras lens prevents the effective use of external filters, macro and wide angle lenses.
