Kodak Professional Dektol Paper Developer is a standard B&W paper developer for RC and fibre-based darkroom printing paper. It comes in a powdered concentrate that mixes with water to make 3.8L of stock solution. To make the working-strength solution, dilute the concentrate in a 1:2 ratio.
This developer has been an industry standard for decades and is suitable for tray processing with a wide range of paper types.
When paired with cool-tone papers, it produces cold to neutral tones, and with warm-tone papers, it produces warm tones.
