This smart, strong and comfortable strap is made of nylon climbing / mountaineering rope. The camera strap is a simple and sturdy design best suited to carrying mirrorless rangefinders or other lightweight cameras such as older film camera safely and comfortably. It is made of high-strength nylon, with some natural stretch for weight bearing capabilities. This strap is probably not ideal for larger DSLR's or cameras with long heavy lenses, a wider strap would be better suited to that type of set up.
The diameter of the rope is approx 9mm (0.35 inch) and the length is adjustable from approx 80cm to approx 135cm (or 31.5 inch to 53.1 inch).
This strap comes with a pair of quick release connectors & a pair of triangular D-Rings, allowing this strap to be attached to nearly any camera model with ease.
By adding a pair of quick release connectors that can be placed on the ends of any standard/OEM camera strap, it gives this climbing rope camera strap super-fast, ultra secure quick-connection capability. Place the low-profile anchors on the strap loops of your camera, binoculars, or other devices.
