The Olympus HLD-9 is a power battery grip designed for use with the Olympus OM-D E-M1 Mark II digital camera. Ergonomic design with a dust, splash and freezeproof (-10 degrees C0 construction. The HLD-9 can accommodate a second BLH-1 lithium ion rechargeable battery (not included) which then doubles the available shooting time with the camera. The rear of the HLD-9 has the same arrow pad, two control dials and two function buttons as on the camera body so you have near identical controls whether the camera is in landscape or portrait orientation. The optional AC-5 AC adapter (not included) can be used when shooting in a studio so you do not need to worry about battery levels. An optional GS-5 Grip Strap is also available for an enhanced fit when using a telephoto lens.
