Very happy with this simple but effective bit of kit. Being able to leave the camera in a more favourable position increases your chance of success and makes it easier to use other tools like binoculars. I have awarded 5 stars based on it’s relatively low price and effectiveness.
However a few minor gripes include, a lack of instruction manual and reversing the camera mounting screw could have been easier.
I used it with a Canon R7 and the biggest lens I’ve used is the RF600mm. A relatively light set up, but it could confidently handle more weight. I also paired it with a Benro fluid video head for smooth tracking.
