Disappointing. You failed to supply batteries as specified, which I suspect you knew when you accepted my order. You included a Kodak Fun Saver camera which arrived severely damaged. Dear Customer, You called asking for a member of staff to assist you by take your order over the phone rather than on line, for items that you saw on our web site. One of these items clearly showed as being discontinued with an alternative. Your full order with the amended alternative as per the call made to you, was with you in less than 48 hours. An email prior to the dispatch of your goods was sent to you regarding a disposable camera that you were not charged for. However we apologies that we were unable to do more to reach up to your standards Kind regards Bristol Cameras

I sourced a FujiFilm XT10 online and found the best price by far here at Bristol Cameras. I wanted to receive it at my workplace so I was able to pay by BACS and shortly after it cleared the camera was delivered. I'm so happy with this cameras, I'm using it with vintage primes. Now I know Bristol cameras is there it will be one of the first places I'll be looking for new gear, as it was so nice to receive such a competitively priced item (body only - in black).

I purchased a number of items from Bristol Cameras and paid for them using PayPal. All very simple and painless. After completing the purchase I realized I had forgotten a fibre cable. I telephoned Bristol Cameras and explained my oversight. Instead of the “It is all too difficult” attitude I have come across before from suppliers, they just took a credit card payment and delivered the complete order within 2 days. Excellent.

There was a supply issue with the item I had ordered as it had been replaced by an upgraded version and it took a while for Bristol Cameras to get back to me about this. However they made amends by offering me the upgraded version at the same price as the item I had originally ordered (there was a £14 differential) and though I was unable to get back to them for just over 2 weeks they maintained that offer. I accepted and the item was with me the following day. So it was good service overall.

Great product coupled with great service. The only downside was that although the camera case was £8 cheaper than elsewhere, the postage was just over £6. My eBay selling experience leads me to believe that this level of postage should have been around £1.75. Other than that, ok.
