Cannot comment much about product as it was only a spare battery which i require for use in a forthcoming trip by my son to Borneo. Service was fine with prompt update sent informing me that item was out of stock. item arrived within a few days with acceptable time period. Bristol Cameras have always been great at their customer service - every issue that I have had in the past was dealt with perfectly. For example, I had ordered a Sigma lens that had an offset focussing centre (focus on one side of the image meant that the other was out of focus). A replacement was sent immediately no questions asked. They also tend to have the best prices on the net for a lot of things. All in all, very happy with the service, will definitely be using them again.

In spite of my failure to complete my credit card details correctly and the repeated calls in pursuit of my order, the staff at Bristol cameras dealt with my incompetence with calm and patience. My order was incomplete, due to a lack of stock but the missing item was forwarded within a few days with no extra charge.

Good service - thanks. I did feel your credit card delivery details were over secure. I have my credit card registered at both my home and work address. My order was turned down for delivery to my work address at is second on the list with my credit card. I have not encountered this same problem with other online traders, and I frequently order online. In searching the web I found that Bristol Camera's were the cheapest again & not by just a few pence but pounds; this was on items like filters & memory cards so as a percentage saving this was very good. Even though the items were not in stock Bristol Camera's notified me of this & when they were in stock, a number of week later, the price was not changed. Deliver was very prompt.

Very nice camera case. Look to be absolutley 100%-original Canon-UK (as opposed to grey import). Only problem with Bristol was that I'd misspecified part of my credit crad details; they advised me by email immediately, and immediately sent the item when I called them with the correction.
