Hi, First transaction with Bristol Cameras, and I doubt that it will be the last. Very pleasant to talk to on the phone, and also very happy to answer any questions I asked them. Well designed, easy to use and understand web pages with suggested accessories and bargain deals, make the task of deciding which items to buy a whole lot quicker. Not forgetting the exceptional prices! I tried to get the same deal at a local store, but they could not touch the prices at Bristol Cameras. Very Customer friendly checkout terms, they only charge credit cards for the items as they are dispatched, and the postal charges are realistic and not inflated as so many other dealers are. Thank you for contacting me, your service was excellent and the goods arrived on Monday. I had this item on order through Jessops for over 4 weeks and it never arrived so I told them to forget the order and advised them no wonder they were struggling for business. I am using the adaptor with a Nikon P6000 for digiscoping and I have attached a 43mm step-ring to an eagle eye adaptor which I use for a Nikon coolpix 4500. I can now use the adaptor for both cameras.

On my first order with you, three items were requested, two out of three arrived on time, the third, still to arrive but believe has been dispatched, is well overdue, an update to the delivery date would have been appreciated. Bristol Cameras is much cheaper, for most of its products, than any other retailer on-line. It did seem a bit too good to be true but as promised my lens arrived. They don't carry all of their lines in stock but they would not be able to offer such good prices if they did. However it doesn't take them long to get the lines in stock to fulfil their orders They are not very quick to answer emails but they are quick to answer the phone. So I would recommend ringing rather than writing. I would recommend Bristol cameras as a very cheap and reliable retailer.

The customer service I received was excellent! Unfortunately when I placed my order online the Sunday before Christmas I made a mistake with my card details. This was quickly and painlessly rectified by a very helpful member of staff the following morning and the camera (a surprise for my Husband) arrived the very next day in plenty of time for Santa to wrap! This was my first order with Bristol Cameras. The three item order was split into two deliveries. The first item was received promptly within the stated delivery time. Unfortunately, the second two items were out of stock and placed on back order. These were received one week later. My only observation is that it would be helpful to know the stock position before confirming the order. However, I can also see the value in a counter view. Overall, I was satisfied with the service, and will have no hesitation in placing future orders with Bristol Cameras online
