We deliver digital cameras and related products all over the UK and have a strong following of customers all over the UK as many find our prices for digital cameras to be at least 20% less than what they would expect to pay at their local camera shop. Quick and prompt service. Slightly annoying that you cannot set up delivery to a second address without using BACS transfer, but understandable, I suppose. Items were well-packed and arrived on time. BC reply - thanks Nigel - we are introducing an alternative delivery address system very soon for card payments.

Camera was showing as in stock on the website but after I ordered it, I found out it was out of stock. However when I contacted the mail order department I was advised that new stock was on its way. Ordered the camera on the Sunday and it was delivered on the Friday so all in all quite a good service. Camera received packed well and in good condition. Price was the best I could find from a UK company.

Good website. great range. good value on most items. I like the ability to pay by bacs, but found it very slow to be despatched after payment was made and disliked thr order status still showing as awaiting bacs. this causedme to double check i had paid correctly, and 2 days later call the shop to check the money was received. a call/text/email/order status change would have been reassuring and kept me informed and happy. That said I will know for the future, but definately worth refining the bacs process. Will definately use again.

I ordered a filter but it was, unfortunately, out of stock. On contacting the store I was sent an email offering me 2 alternatives that were in store. I chose one of the alternatives and it was dispatched immediately. To my surprise I received it the next day. The people I spoke to on the phone, were very helpful and quick to ensure that I was not disappointed. I would not hesitate to use Bristol Cameras again and I would certainly tell others about them. As given in my unsolicited feedback over the telephone, my order arrived a day earlier than anticipated - delivered with the morning post. The packing was impeccable and as impressive as the promptness of service. My order was a revised one following notification by youselves that my first choice, a Giottos tripod, had been discontinued. The hitch was dealt with in a simple and direct manner. It makes distance shopping with your company something that can be done with complete confidence.

I found your service was second to none. Having had difficulty sourcing the Panasonic items I required from Panasonic and other merchants online and on the High Street, you doggedly took up the challenge. In a matter of 6 weeks you had put together the two part order (a feat which I had thought impossible and other retailers avoided like the "plague")without asking any money up front for the first part that came available within two weeks. Even when you had gone to the expense of sourcing and acquiring the items, you gave me the opportunity to cance. For me, this was exceptional service and I would definitely recccomend you to others.
