Although the lens I purchased was the wrong one and had to return it I have to say that your service is excellent. A lady rang me to confirm the order before posting and since spoken to Richard who was more than helpful. I am 60 yrs old and this sort of service was considered the "norm" many yrs ago but sadly no longer in most area's. I think you all deserve a pay rise !!!! Hello boss !

The service from Bristol Cameras is generally excellent but if must say that in today?s modern age of excellent service and easy online purchasing BC fail to meet the mark. If you want your item delivered to the address your credit card is registered to, then your on-line experience will be fine. But if you want your item delivered to a separate address like your work address you will experience something very different. Having to pay by BACS direct from your bank and then waiting for email confirmations and making telephone calls is just not on.

Bristol Cameras Comment: We appreciate all feedback and do apologise if you feel that we have not made the grade. Should a fraudster gain access to your credit or debit card, the first thing they are likely to do is go online and attempt to order electrical goods that are easy to sell on. Unfortunately, if paying using credit card, we are advised by our bank not to send to an alternative address other than the registered card holders address, only as a fraud preventative measure. Not to be difficult or hinder ease of ordering for our valued customers. In fact, more so to protect our customers. We offer customers who wish to have goods sent to an alternative address the facility to pay via Bank Transfer and will not ask you to make any payment until we have confirmed the dispatch date.

Hi, I have appreciated your fast service for my order. However I received the Canon 100 mm in a few days, but the Sandisk CF card was delayed with an extimated arrival in 2 weeks. Then I called to cancel the order and you confirmed that the order for the CF card was cancelled. A month later I received the CF card and my card charged with the amount. I decided to keep the card, but for the next time you should update your system when someone decide to cancel the order by phone. Cheers, Federico

Excellent service at a very good price. I received the canon 24 ? 105F4 L USM IS lens the same morning as you e-mailed me with the despatch details. After testing this lens, it is everything I expected from a canon L series lens. Compared to my other canon and sigma lenses it is miles apart. The picture and build quality is superb and the IS works a treat indoors in low light. The USM is so much quicker and quieter than my other lenses. All in all a very nice lens.

Very easy to use online ordering system, and excellent communication in terms of lots of order status updates via email. Only one problem encountered; when replying to an email it was bounced back as being undeliverable. An email was received to say that the order was being shipped in part and that a note within the package would explain what was missing; it would be useful if the email system could advise which parts had been sent, but a quick phone call sorted that out. Impressed with the service, and would recommend.

Very prompt service. I was informed that my product had a damaged box but had been checked thoroughly to ensure that it was complete and in perfect working order. This was explained to me via a telephone call and I was offered an accessory set to compensate for the damaged box. I am very pleased with my purchase. Everything went smoothly and the item was received within a couple of days. My only issue is with the inability to specify a different delivery address to the main card address. I usually have all items delivered to my place of work as there is always someone there to take delivery. Apart from this, very pleased.
